Clean and comfortable and staff is very friendly.
Awesome place!! Been there about 10 times! And have been to many spas in the Glastonbury area. They do not compare to the serenity and service. They do email a receipt to you --just make sure to state that. I have had to wait 2x for more than 10 minutes but enjoyed the peaceful setting (lake) and had a sip of cucumber water. I have never met the guy that is in past posts (Ray) so he is probably not there anymore.

The spa is lovely, and the staff were helpful and courteous. They are a bit understaffed so I had to sit and wait to pay at the end. It was worth it, I had an amazing massage by Kathy, she is a friendly and excellent at what she does! I also received a nice relaxing facial from Mary, I'm planning on returning for a couples massage and may try other services.
The experience was very relaxing. The staff was friendly and soft spoken. The home is cozy and has a great view of Beseck Lake.
